Our response to COVID-19

NOW OPEN FOR CURBSIDE PICKUP AND DELIVERY!

We care about you.
We care about you, the Artists we represent and our community.  As global health concerns rise, we’re doing our best to keep you safe while continuing to support the 50 Artists we represent who rely on us.  Art offers respite and hope in difficult times.  It’s important to keep the arts alive, especially when we need it most.

What you need to know about West End Gallery’s business operations:
The Gallery is now open for curbside pickup and delivery.  We are in “Phase I Reopening” in NYS.  We submitted our Reopening Business Affirmation on 5/16/20 and created our “NY Forward Business Reopening Safety Plan” which is available for all visitors to review.

We remain available to you by phone and email during regular business hours:
Monday – Friday: 10:00 – 5:30
Saturday: 10:00 – 4:00

Upon arrival at the Gallery, we are requiring visitors to:
– Wear a face covering
– Sign our new Guest List
– Use the hand sanitizer provided AFTER signing the Guest List
– Maintain minimum 6′ social distancing during their visit

Are we cancelling any upcoming events?
No.  Our events will be modified.  We are proceeding with our 2020 Exhibit Schedule modifying all previously scheduled events. The “Spotlight Exhibit featuring: Alan & Rosemary Bennett, Jennifer Fais, Dana Hawk and Ileen Kaplan” was scheduled to open on Friday, June 5 from 5-7:30 p.m.  This event has been modified.  We are making private appointments on Opening day, Friday, June 5 and the following day, Saturday, June 6.  We are staggering all visits and limiting appointments to small groups.  Size of each group is TBD.  We anticipate groups of 10 or less will be permitted.

For those who prefer not to venture out we will post the exhibit online Friday, June 5. Afterall, the show must go on…online. We anticipate being in “Phase II Reopening” in NYS by Opening Day.

How will you know about any changes to our operations?
We will keep you updated on any additional cancellations and/or changes in business hours and operations on this page and through social media and email announcements. Follow us:  Facebook  /  Twitter  /  Join Email List
