Payment Options: Cash, checks, and all major credit cards accepted.

Payment Plans: 30 and 60-Day Payments Plans are available.  A 1/3 non-refundable deposit is required for all Payment Plans.  There are no fees for using this service.  Credit cards are requested and will be automatically processed on the agreed upon payment due dates*.

* In the event of failure of a Client to make payments as agreed upon, and after no response and/or action is taken on behalf of the Client to remedy the situation within a reasonable timeframe, the Client forfeits any and all deposit(s) and/or payment(s) made to West End Gallery towards the Artwork in question.  Any deposit(s) and/or payment(s) made towards the Artwork will be shared with the Artist and the Artwork will be returned to West End Gallery inventory to be put back on exhibit and will be made available for purchase and/or may be returned to the Artist’s possession. 

Artwork Pickup: Artwork may be picked up once final payment has been made.

Pre-sales: Please note artwork is available for pre-sale prior to Opening Day.  You can receive previews several ways:

Artwork Availability: We do our best to keep all information online up-to-date. However, we ask that you please contact us to verify availability, pricing and any other applicable details pertaining to artwork shown on our website.

Framing: All paintings and drawings are sold with frames unless otherwise noted online.  If buying artwork sight unseen, we would be happy to send images of the artwork as it is displayed in the Gallery.

Holds: We will put a 2-day hold on artwork. However, we cannot put holds on featured artwork on Opening Day.

Artwork on Approval: Artwork may be taken on approval. Payment is required in advance.  If the Client chooses not to keep the artwork and the artwork is returned in its original condition, a full refund will be granted. Clients are responsible for returning all artwork to the Gallery.  Some exceptions may apply.  Ask for details.

Commissions: We represent a variety of Artists working with a wide range of mediums and styles. We are happy to help you find the Artist whose style and medium are best suited for your project. We can help connect you with a painter for Professional or Family Portraits, House Portraits or Pet Portraits. Please contact us if interested.

Returns: Artwork in original condition may be returned within 7 business days of purchase for store credit.

Discounts: The Artists we represent are highly skilled and their prices are very reasonable. Their expertise and experience must be compensated fairly as any other working professional. We have found a good balance in our pricing structure guaranteeing fair compensation for the Artists and attractive pricing for Clients.

 

Artist Submission Process

We are not actively seeking new artists at this time.  However, we are always open to looking at new artwork and discovering new artists to keep in mind should a space open up at the Gallery in the future.  We will keep artist information on file for up to 3 years.

Requirements and complete instructions on the submission process are on the Artist Application. Please print/fill out and return exactly as the instructions indicate or your review process may be delayed. Materials submitted will not be returned.

Please note: Due to the high volume of submissions we receive, we will only respond to those whom we would like to actively move forward with in the process.

*Please note: Our primary focus is on regional Artists.
